Frequently Asked Questions

Everything importers and buyers ask us about HDPE netting — MOQ, lead time, customization, material and installation.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ is generally 2–5 tons per product depending on the net type and construction; shade sails have an MOQ of 2,000 pieces. For a smaller first order, contact us — we can often combine or suggest a comparable construction.

Can I order custom sizes, colors and weights?

Yes. GSM, width (up to 12 m for shade net, 25 m for bird net), mesh size, color and roll length can all be customized. We also support OEM & ODM and private labeling.

Do you provide samples?

Yes, we provide samples of standard constructions. Shipping of samples can be arranged; tell us your application and GSM requirement and we will send the closest match.

What is the production lead time?

Typically 25–35 days after deposit for standard products, depending on quantity and construction. Larger multi-container orders are scheduled on a confirmed timeline.

What are your payment terms?

T/T 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipment, or 100% L/C at sight. Other terms can be discussed for long-term partners.

How long does HDPE netting last?

With UV-stabilized 100% virgin HDPE, most of our nets last 2–5 years under normal conditions; hail net, windbreak net and shade sail last 5–8 years. Lifespan depends on GSM, exposure and installation.

What material do you use?

100% virgin HDPE (no recycled or mixed resin), with UV stabilization added during production. Aluminum shade net uses HDPE with an aluminum foil coating for reflective cooling.

How do I install shade net?

Stretch the net over a frame, tunnel or wire support and secure it with clips, ties or eyelets (available on request). Keep the net taut but not over-stretched; higher GSM can carry wider spans. See our shade net page for full specifications.

What GSM should I choose for bird net?

For most orchards and vineyards, 15–60 g/m² knitted HDPE with 5–25 mm mesh works well. Finer 5×5 mm mesh suits small birds; larger mesh suits pigeon control.

What is the difference between shade net and aluminum shade net?

Standard shade net absorbs and blocks light. Aluminum shade net has a reflective foil coating that reflects more sunlight and heat while still allowing diffused light — ideal for greenhouse cooling in hot climates.

Can you ship to my country?

We export to the USA, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Japan, India, Southeast Asia and Australia, and arrange container loading at our Changzhou factory.

Do you offer OEM / private label?

Yes. We support OEM and ODM, including custom packaging, labels and product specifications to match your brand.
