Agricultural netting buyers rarely need one product — a real season’s order is shade net for the greenhouse, bird net for the orchard rows, hail net over the high-value blocks, insect net on the vents, windbreak on the exposed edge and harvest net for the olives. Sourcing that basket from five suppliers means five QC standards, five freight schedules and five warranty conversations. As an agricultural netting manufacturer knitting the full range on our own lines in Changzhou since 2003, we ship the whole basket from one factory, with mixed-product containers as our standard practice: one UV-stabilizer standard, one virgin-resin standard, one retention-sample record, one loading plan, one contact who answers within 24 hours.
The range covers the complete crop-protection cycle: shade net from 40–350 gsm and 30–90% shading, bird netting in 5–25 mm mesh, anti-hail net engineered for 5–8 year canopy duty, insect and butterfly net from 2–7 mm aperture, windbreak netting for orchards and livestock, and olive harvest net in eight panel sizes. Every line is 100% virgin HDPE with UV stabilization, custom-knit to your widths and colors, with OEM/private-label packaging across the basket.
MOQ is 2 tons per order (5 tons for barrier/warning fence), with grades, colors and product lines mixed freely inside one 40’HQ — which carries 14–15 tons, roughly 150,000–700,000 m² depending on product weight. Production lead time is 25–35 days after deposit; payment is T/T 30% deposit with 70% balance against documents, or 100% L/C at sight; samples of any product are free, you cover the courier. Tell us your crop list and season calendar and we will plan the mixed container against it — the most common way new distributors start with us.
